Dover Insulation takes pride in offering the highest quality workmanship and service, and our office and field staff are among the best in the industry. The company provides employees an extensive training program, both on and off the job, and each job is staffed with capable personnel, including an experienced foreman, who is well-schooled in all applicable safety procedures.
Laura Dover
Laura Dover, Owner and President, works with the staff to make sure the company continues to respect and reflect the standards and work ethic her father put in place and that have made the company so widely respected in the industry. Laura is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Villanova University. She holds a LEED Professional Credential (AP Building Design + Construction) and has served on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Insulation Contractors Association (with a term as President). Currently, Laura is serving as President of the National Insulation Association (NIA).

Office and Warehouse Staff
Dai Watkins
Dai Watkins is our Office Manager and Buyer. She manages all office operations, human resources, and material sales, and coordinates material purchasing for the company. Dai’s attention to detail and vast knowledge of the day-to-day company activities makes her a wealth of information and a crucial part of our team.

Felicito Rodriguez
Felicito Rodriguez, Estimator & Project Manager. In addition to estimating and managing projects, Felicito oversees quality control, monitors job site safety, performs field training, and is in charge of scheduling. Felicito has been with Dover for 25 years and brings a wealth of experience with all types of insulation projects.

Ted Smith
Ted Smith, Senior Estimator and Project Manager, has vast expertise in all things Dover Insulation. He brings decades of field experience and leadership to this position, as well as a keen eye for quality work and an understanding of the value of first-rate customer service. Ted has worked with Dover for many years, and his wisdom and knowledge base is unsurpassed in the industry.

Tam Bartlett
We are delighted to have Tam Bartlett on board as the newest member of our Estimating team. Tam worked at Dover on the administrative side of the company before she transitioned to a Project Estimator. Tam fully understands the value of customer service and open lines of communication when working with our customers. Tam manages our Bid List, so reach out with upcoming projects.

Jesus Ramirez
Jesus Ramirez is our Warehouse Manager. He makes sure our field employees have the materials and equipment they need, so we can stay true to one of our company’s core missions: to take care of every job in a timely manner, regardless of the scope or size of the project. Jesus keeps our 30,000-square-feet warehouse stocked and in tip-top shape. Jesus has been with Dover for twenty years.

Sergio Lopez
Sergio Lopez has been our Mechanic and Warehouse Assistant for twenty years, and is a trusted part of our team. Sergio oversees the maintenance of our fleet of trucks, vans, and trailers and assists Jesus with keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Sergio is an expert on all things Dover Insulation!
