Many of Dover’s employees are long-term, with the average length-of-service at more than 15 years. The company provides employees an extensive training program, both on and off the job, and each job is staffed with capable personnel, including an experienced foreman, who is well-schooled in all applicable safety procedures. We have state-of-the-art computer equipment that has been generated in house, which makes estimating costs and analyzing a range of possibilities for each job quick and accurate.
Laura Dover, Owner and President, works with the staff to make sure the company continues to respect and reflect the standards and work ethic her father put in place and that have made the company so widely respected in the industry.
